I thought BMW was run by Germans!

UNGLAUBLICHE DUMMHEIT!

The apocalypse is coming! A news item in this week's Auto Motor und Sport:

BMW has announced that it will offer internet access in the forthcoming restyled 7-Series luxury sedan, out this fall. Worse, the system is controlled by the notorious i-Drive unit. Fortunately, (this is proof the Bavarians haven't gone completely mad) the internet can only be accessed while the car is in "Park". This from a manufacturer that once stubbornly refused to offer cupholders in its cars.
