The Cleveland City Stars, champions of United Soccer League-2, will be moving up to United Soccer League-1 for the 2009 season. They'll be competing against teams like the Montreal Impact and Charleston Battery. Home field is to be determined, but could be at John Carroll, Baldwin-Wallace, or Case Western Reserve.
